The open spaces and nature reserves of the Montego Hills development in Kingsholme on the northern end of the Gold Coast have won it the coveted Residential Subdivision Award at the Urban Development Institute of Australia Queensland Awards.
The UDIA awards recognise the industry’s most dynamic community creators devoted to creating inspiring places to live and work.
Villawood state development manager Michael Williams said Montego Hills was a sellout because of its lifestyle opportunity.
“It is distinctive in that it offers residents a rare rural lifestyle surrounded by panoramic country vistas while retaining that all-important connectivity thanks to its prime location within the Brisbane to Gold Coast growth corridor,” Mr Williams said.

Montego Hills will go up against developments nationwide in the UDIA’s national awards which will be held in Adelaide in March, 2021.
