More profile the answer
I REFER to Zelko Begovic’s letter (Carsguide, March 20) in which he is unhappy with his speedo being 7 per cent too high.
A simple fix for this problem would be to fit tyres which have a higher profile, which would give a larger diameter. This would mean that, for each revolution of his wheels, he would travel further and the car would be going faster for the same speedo-odometer reading.
