EGO is not a dirty word for Lamborghini.
The Italian maker has released an updated version of its flagship Aventador and has included a new “ego” mode that allows the driver to customise several aspects of the car’s behaviour, from the engine and gearbox to the steering, suspension and all-wheel drive.
The upgraded Aventador S also gets more power, with the V12’s output rising 30kW to 552kW. To harness the extra grunt Lamborghini has redesigned the front and rear ends to improve airflow and downforce.
The 0-100km/h time is 2.9 secs and the car will be priced at $788,914 plus on-road costs when it arrives in Australia, tipped to be in the second half of next year. Contributors Editor Chief Reporter Production Deputy Editor Motoring Reporters Advertising National Motoring Editor
