Reduced prices across suburbs
STOCKLAND’S Make Your Move Now campaign for home buyers has been extended until March 6.
The developer has cut $10,000 from the prices of each block of land of all of its southeast Queensland communities.
The price reduction means land prices in some communities start at $183,000 on the Sunshine Coast, $189,000 in greater Brisbane and $162,900 on the Gold Coast.
Some of the eligible communities include North Lakes and Freshwater in Brisbane’s northern corridor and Augustine Heights and Parkwood in the western corridor.
The first 500 land buyers across Queensland will also receive a $2000 cash bonus on their Visa Card to spend on whitegoods or furniture for their new home.
Additionally, buyers who arrange a loan using the free Stockland Home Finance service only need a $1000 deposit for their land purchase.
Stockland regional manager for greater Brisbane Natalie Moore said the company had been in the business for more than 50 years and knew what buyers were looking for.
‘‘They want real savings, real help with moving and really competitive prices when it comes to building a new home,’’ she said. ‘‘Each home and land package in the Stockland campaign will come with a fixed price including site costs, driveway, turf, fencing, a rainwater tank and floor coverings."
Ms Moore said Stockland would be hosting a series of free public events across the designated Queensland communities in coming weeks.
‘‘We have a wide range of land available and dozens of display homes open right now for inspection,’’ she said. ‘‘These events are a great way to showcase what’s on offer at Stockland communities and entertain the family.’’
