Buyers pre-empt auction to snare Laurel Ave bungalow
THIS Laurel Ave home was to go to auction but buyers from Pinjarra Hills managed to snare it before auction day for $1.65 million.
The 1930s bungalow-style home has five bedrooms, a swimming pool and a deck, all on a 1032sq m block.
Marketing agent Jason Adcock said about 60 groups of people viewed the property while it was for sale. The buyer, a doctor, acted quickly and secured the home.
Mr Adcock said Laurel Ave was one of Brisbane’s most popular streets.
While this house does not have a river frontage, it is ‘‘river side’’ with river views.
