JOURNEY ACROSS THE YEARS

My first trip on a Brisbane River ferry was in 1964 when I was eight years old. The next was 50 years later and although much had changed, the thrill of river travel had not. Sarah Haskmann (Ordinary People, Apr 3-4) is keeping this much-loved part of Brisbane’s history alive which proves that she much more than salt water in her veins.
