GENERAL HUNTER-WESTON RELINQUISH­ING COMMAND IN DARDANELLE­S PARIS. General Hunter-Weston has been compelled to relinquish his command at the Dardanelle­s owing to illness. General Bailloud, the acting French Commander, has issued an order expressing gratitude to the British army corps, and expressing the hope that General Hunter-Weston will soon be able to return to help in the completion of the Allies joint task.
