IN CLASS WITH CHRIS HADFIELD
STUDENTS from around Australia have the opportunity to participate in a s student-only live web broadcast with the first Canadian c commander of the International Space Station and YouTube sensation, Chris Hadfield (pictured). Hadfield gained international fame after his cover of David Bowie’s Space Oddity which he recorded on the International Space Station. The YouTube video has been seen by more than 26 million people. Tomorrow’s web broadcast, part of the Future Innovators Series, an initiative of the chief scientist of South Australia and supported by the Department of State Development, aims to inspire students and create more interest in science and technology.
