LETTINGLETT Emma Freedman go could prove to be the biggest mistake The Today Show ever made.

Over the past few months, Freedman has reminded Australia why they love her, with the bubbly presenter crowned the latest Dancing with the Stars champion this week.

Speaking to Confidential after her win, Freedman said she loved working at the Seven Network and that she would be keen to stay on if they’d keep her.

“It is early days and I am happy to see what is next, I would love to work with Seven,” she said. She opened up about approaching Seven for a job after her shock dismissal.

“It wasn’t about going to the other network, I needed a new home,” she said.

“I am not the first person this has happened to. A similar thing happened to Larry ( Emdur), we actually bonded over it on the show.”

She said being back on the small screen reminded her of how much she loved the industry. “TV will always be that special place for me,” she said.

For the moment she’s happy to have helped out her charity and will continue her work on her radio show with Jules Lund.
