Removalist faces trial
AN ANNERLEY removal truck driver accused of causing the death of a motorcyclist in a collision on Sydney’s northern beaches at the weekend has been granted bail.
Adam Moule, 29, was charged with one count of negligent driving causing death.
Matthew Butcher, 46, a NSW father-of-four, died when he was struck by a furniture removal truck allegedly driven by Moule at Palm Beach on Sunday morning.
Mr Butcher had been riding with two other motorcyclists.
He was thrown from the bike and pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr Moule will be back in Manly Local Court on June 9.
