The Jacaranda Committee have invited schools to entertain audiences at lunchtime concerts from Monday to Wednesday of this week.
Westlawn Public School students will be performing on Wednesday from 12pm to 1pm.
Our Year 2 choir, Year 2 dance group, Junior Choir and school band will be performing.
The choir’s rendition of ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ will leave you wanting to hear more from this talented group. MATHEMATICS WIZARDS Well done to the following students for their excellent results in the International Maths Competition:

focussed on finding children demonstrating good manners towards others.
The award winner was ‘caught’ last week being polite to teachers, always using please and thank you and making extremely good choices in class.
Last week’s Citizenship Award winner was Jack Wiles in 3/4L. Congratulations Jack! WHO LET THE DOGS OUT? Last Friday, students in K-2 participated in the Responsible Pet Program held in the school hall.
The program, conducted by the lovely Gina educates children on living safely with dogs and responsible pet ownership.
Gina, with her very obedient dog Tessa, promoted these vital safety messages through engaging animated presentations, songs, games and role plays.
