Designed specifically to suit a narrow block, this single-storey family home ticks all the right boxes oxes for inner-city or suburban living. At 10.77m 0 77m wide, the Southport 217 can slot into a 12.5m wide site comfortably. Despite its narrow form, the display home features plenty of open space and three separate living areas.

The home theatre sits to the left of the entry, making it a semi private enclave for teenagers. The other living areas wrap around the galley kitchen, which is positioned in the middle of the design, with a breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. The family and meals areas surround the modern kitchen on one side, while a large activity room is located behind it.

Other notable features of the Southport 217 is the raked ceiling above the living and dining area, which makes the space feel much larger. A walk-in linen cupboard is also located off the hallway. All four bedrooms have built-in robes, with bedroom three and four located at the rear of the display home. The second bedroom is placed opposite the master bedroom, which features a his-and-hers walkthrough robe to the ensuite bathroom. The Southport 217 has been on the market for about 18 months and has been on display in HomeWorld Leppington for less than a year, but it’s already proved to be one of the most popular designs on the books.
