RISING star Jett Kenny says he’s happy to live in the shadow of his famous parents.

“My parents are known everywhere, but not me,” Kenny, the lifesaver son of triathlon superstars

Grant Kenny and Lisa Curry, told Confidential. “Mum said she was at the shops and someone asked if she was Jett Kenny’s mother.

“That’s kind of funny, because I always feel like I’m just their son.

“They’ll always be the famous ones because they’ve done such amazing things, and I’ll just be me.”

Kenny has shot to prominence this year after starring in Channel 7’s The Real Full Monty and competing on Nine’s Australian Ninja Warrior.

Last month, David Jones also signed him up to walk the runway alongside Jessica Gomes and Karolina Kurkova.

“Fashion is not my world,” Kenny admitted with a smile.

“I had to Google a few people.”
