Bishop mystery

The Daily Telegraph (Sydney) - - Letters -

The last thing Scott Morrison wants is instability in his government’s ranks.

Then why didn’t Julie Bishop accept his offer to remain as Foreign Affairs Minister, one of the most senior minister roles in government? That was something that she excelled in under a Turnbull government.

Is it because she didn’t get the support of her party to become the LNP’s first female prime minister, or to remain as the deputy leader after 11 years in the role?

And why did she speak out in the media about appalling behaviour in the LNP when she had 11 years to eliminate it and call out the culprits in the party?
