Disunity the new disorder

The Daily Telegraph (Sydney) - - Letters -

In years past, I don’t recall the Coalition being anything but unified.

They probably had disagreements but never the public display of disunity we have seen of late. We have seen the influence of factions, numbers compilers and now the anger of an ex-PM with his obsession of bringing the party down. I hope Scott Morrison can bring all the warring factions together before the next federal election. It’s a big task but with some leadership and common sense, it can be done.

The prospect of a Shorten-led government is terrifying to those of us who follow politics.
