The cost is $10 per clinic participant or $20 for family (two-plus children participating in a clinic). There will also be face-painting, a jumping castle free of charge, drinks and a gold coin BBQ. Coaches will be there for a chat as will representatives from the local Auskick and Netsetgo. All participants need to register before the day, with money to be paid on the day.
Corowa Rutherglen A Grade netball coach Georgie Bruce said this event is a “fantastic opportunity”. The day is a social community gathering with plenty of entertainment on offer for the whole family. Ms Bruce said it is the perfect chance for a catch up before people become busy leading into the Christmas period and an opportunity that the broad community should be taking advantage of. The doors will be open to anyone and everyone in surrounding districts, where kids between five and 16 will improve their skills and enjoy a fun clinic.
For more information contact Georgie Bruce on 0438 458 210.
Corowa Rutherglen’s 16 and under selections for season 2019 begin on October 30 and November 1, 6 and 8. Registration details can be found on the club’s Facebook page now. Alternatively, you can contact Georgie Bruce on 0438 458210 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Corowa Rutherglen will also be running a Junior Development Rookies team again in 2019, which is open to all players affiliated with any club or any girls who want to play netball, helping them improve their skills and giving them more exposure to the sport.
