Food Bowl importance

The SBS series ‘Australia’s Food Bowl’ covers a great region and also teaches and questions many aspects of how water is traded, and food is grown to supply a nation. The program needs to go all along the Murray and into the Riverina.

Stefano is a treasure in featuring great dishes with his quirky style and passion. Let’s hope the series keeps going and covers more issues and discussions about regions and food bowls and water importance and pricing. There is not enough taught or understood about water issues.

Having Stefano and Jimmy Shu together would be a great connection for featuring food and people.

The gourmet scene from the Murray River needs to be featured more and have chefs to do so.
