Court busts bad news to Tonee

station incident. LAWYERS for the alleged buxom bandit claim she needs bail to seek urgent medical attention for recurring seizures she has suffered while in jail.
But the plea for Tonee Walker’s freedom was yesterday rejected in Southport Magistrate’s Court.
The 22-year-old, who made international headlines after CCTV images of her wearing a low-cut top exposing large breasts while allegedly robbing an Arundel service station, will remain behind bars for at least another fortnight.
Walker unsuccessfully applied for bail last month.
Her new lawyer Marcin Lazinski argued her medical condition warranted a change in circumstances allowing her to reapply for bail.
He said Walker, who has been in custody for a month since giving herself up to police after the July 2 robbery, had been suffering seizures since April and had missed an appointment neurosurgeon.
He also said her family was willing to put up $20,000 surety for her bail and have her live at home.
But Magistrate Ron Kilner rejected the application, saying she had access to the prisonbased medical service if the condition was being exacerbated by her being in jail.
He said he was not satisfied Walker’s circumstances had changed and she faced a longer custodial sentence if convicted.
