Luxury and sport mix in latest Audi Q5 offering

-

FEATURING class-leading safety, connectivity and driver assistance technology, the new Audi Q5 builds on its remarkable reputation by delivering a combination of luxury, sportiness and practicality, says Tania Meli, general manager Audi Centre Gold Coast.

“With a choice of powerful engines and the capability of quattro all-wheel drive, the Q5 has redefined its category – again,” she said.

“Every detail of the Q5 is characterised by the typical Audi Q model design; with its broad stance, sharper, more aggressive lines and striking LED daytime running lights, it has a confident bearing and an elegant sports-inspired aesthetic, while the sophisticated interior exudes luxury with leather-appointed seats and contemporary, ambient lighting that enhances the clean lines.”

Ms Meli said drivers could choose from a range of turbocharged petrol or diesel engines, including the new 2.0 TFSI quattro.

“With Audi drive select as standard across the Q5 range, you can tailor the performance characteristics at the touch of a button to suit your driving preference,” she said.

“Standard on Sports models, the Audi virtual cockpit is a 12.3 inch digital instrument cluster that replaces traditional dials. Driver information, navigation data and infotainment are displayed in brilliant high resolution; it’s progressive and classic.

“The Q5 also takes safety seriously. It boasts a raft of advanced safety technology, including the autonomous emergency breaking with pedestrian detection, rear cross traffic alert, side assist, presense rear and exit warning system, which are standard.”
