IT only took a week for class clown Robert “Robbie” Treweek to win over Graham Cormack.

The two had been best mates since they first met 20 years ago as Year 11 students.

“The first time I met him, I thought: ‘Who’s this d--head?’” Mr Cormack, 35 said.

His body was found at 6.10am on Monday morning.

“He was a funny person in any circumstance. He’d be the one person at his own funeral to say: ‘What are you all sooking about?’ and grab some beers, crank some tunes and have a laugh.”

to Robbie, Mr Cormack said. Despite knowing him for so many years, every time Robbie held a party Mr Cormack said he met a new friend.

“He had the biggest range of mates … there will be a load of people at his funeral,” Mr Cormack said.

But the man who loved fishing, camping and golf had a serious side too.

Mr Cormack described Robbie as a hard worker, the kind of person who would do a
