Prostitute jailed over FIFO worker’s kinky sex death

A GOLD Coast prostitute who admitted killing a cashed-up and cocaine-sniffing FIFO worker during kinky sex has been jailed for at least a year and three months and is set to be deported.

New Zealand citizen and mother-of-four Milan Walker, 38, was in the Supreme Court in Brisbane where Justice Glenn Martin sentenced her to five years and nine months for the unlawful killing of 57-yearold Perth man Gregory Hudson in October 2014.

Hudson was found naked and face-down on the floor with his hands tied behind his back with a mouse cable. He had been on a cocaine binge for the few days before his death.

Walker, whose role it was to “distract and occupy” Hudson with sex while he was robbed, will be eligible for parole on December 27, 2018, but is then likely to be deported.

She accepted responsibility for the fact that her “consensual fetishistic sexual acts caused his death”, Justice Martin said.

Justice Martin said that her deportation was likely because “living in New Zealand cannot be regarded as any form of hardship”.

He said the pathologist who examined Hudson’s body after he was found dead at a Varsity Lakes home said his fatal heart attack was possibly triggered by something being placed “over his face”.

Hudson also had a puncture wound to his buttock, likely caused by a stiletto heel and caused “in the context of sex acts”, the court heard.

Walker’s co-accused, Gold Coast man Benjamin Samy Ghobrial and Lee Benjamin Feld – who admitted burglary and robbery offences – were both given suspended sentences. Ghobrial was given a three-year and six-month prison term, wholly suspended and Feld, 40, was given two years and seven months, and released on parole.
