Last block in Burleigh zone

-

A VACANT parcel of industrial land located in the heart of the Burleigh Heads Industrial Precinct has just been made available to purchase through the Colliers International.

Located at 3 Flagstone Dr, the property comprises 3000sq m of highly usable land area and offers a low impact industry zoning to ensure an abundance of suitable end uses are available for the purchaser.

The significant lack of available vacant land in the Burleigh Heads Industrial Precinct will no doubt ensure the opportunity will be highly sought after by owner occupiers, investors and developers.

The property is being marketed by Marc Carbone and Pat Cavanagh of the Colliers International

Coast.

“We have been inundated with inquiries on the asset in the first few days of the campaign with interest primarily coming from local and interstate development firms looking on the Gold to capitalise on the current demand within the Burleigh Heads property market,” Mr Cavanagh said.

“Land is in such scare supply and for this reason alone we expect this asset to be heavily contested.”

Mr Carbone added: “Within our wider business, we have recently seen some outstanding results across the industrial, commercial and investment markets.

“The current demand in the Burleigh property market is incredible, and rightly so, it is one of the most dynamic and evolving parts of the Gold Coast and is only looking to grow further.

“The adoption of the light rail, the constantly growing tourist population and the thriving cafe and restaurant culture is providing every indication the future of Burleigh Heads is looking bright.”

The block will go to public auction at 10am on Saturday, October 28 at the Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park Surf Life Saving Club.
