Dimitrov’s on top in London

GRIGOR Dimitrov has claimed the biggest title of his career by beating David Goffin at the ATP World Tour Finals in London.

For years Dimitrov – who appeared burdened by the “Baby Fed’’ tag – struggled to deliver on his supreme technical talent but the Bulgarian is finally living up to the hype after he beat Goffin 7-5, 4-6, 6-3.

Dimitrov, 26, looks set to be rated behind only world No.1 Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer when the world rankings update today.
