400 TEMPORARY JOBS UP FOR GRABS

AROUND 400 temporary workforce positions will become available for GC2018 over the coming months.

Kelly Services, the official temporary workforce supplier for the Games, is working with the GOLDOC Logistics and Village teams to provide a workforce of general labourers, forklift operators, warehouse staff, administra­tion profession­als and call centre operators.

The workforce will support the successful delivery of various GC2018 venues across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns.

Kelly Services managing director Penny O’Reilly said the team was proud to help deliver the Games.

“We are very proud to be in a position to provide an opportunit­y for great talent from across the country to find work on the Commonweal­th Games,” she said.

The positions will be active from mid-November to late May 2018.
