Games sprint starts early

JAMAICA’S former world 100m champion Yohan Blake says he is working on improving his technique ahead of next year’s Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Blake was fourth in this year’s 100m final at the London world titles and shapes as one of Canadian Andre De Grasse’s main competitors for the 100m crown at Carrara in April.

“The season is going to start early for me, maybe in January because I have to get things up and running for the Commonwealth Games,” he said.
