Have a say on project

PUBLIC consultation has opened on a proposed 134townhouse development at Coomera.

The development, put forward by Cadminum Holdings, would be built on a 6925sq m site on Foxwell Rd.

The six-stage project is the subject of a development application before the Gold Coast City Council.

The houses would be a maximum of two storeys each.

Public comment will run until December 19 and the project will go before councillors next year for approval.
