Fine, ban for driver

A PIMPAMA construction worker was fined $350 and lost his license for a month after pleading guilty in the Southport Magistrates Court yesterday to drink driving.

Jamie Clifford Hugo, 31, was pulled over for a random breath test on September 29 on Dixon Dr.

Police found he was over the legal alcohol limit.

Mr Hugo told the court there was “no excuse” for his actions when he pleaded guilty.
