House to make way
A HOUSE dating back to the 1960s would be demolished to make way for townhouses on a Southport site.
MCM Property Developments has filed plans to replace the house at 86 Johnston St with five homes across the 1102sq m site.
The two-storey dwellings would each have four bedrooms and basement parking.
It will go before council for approval next year.
