Plans for Minnie St

AN 18-unit apartment building is proposed for a suburban Southport street.

Developer Stone by Design has proposed the building, earmarked for a vacant site on Minnie St.

A development application has been filed with the Gold Coast City Council for the project, described in its planning report as having an “aesthetically pleasing design.”
