Matt Kuhnemann has again been a shining light. The left-arm spinner is fourth in the competition-wide bowling charts with 26 wickets at an average of 25.

It means the 21-year-old is on track for a third straight season finishing in the top 10, after hauls of 39 wickets in 2016-17 (seventh) and 35 wickets in 2015-16 (fifth). That Kuhnemann has accumulated without taking any five-wicket hauls this season has more or less been the story of the Dolphins summer with the ball. The club have a number of very useful bowlers but are lacking the X-factor to rip an opposition batting line-up to shreds.
