Bond for footy star
TROUBLED rugby league player Paul Carter has been placed on a good behaviour bond after pleading guilty to supplying cocaine to an exSydney Roosters teammate at a nightclub.
Carter, who played 40 NRL games with several clubs including the Gold Coast Titans, was placed on a two-year good behaviour bond at Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court yesterday.
The former NRL star pleaded guilty to supplying a small amount of cocaine to exRoosters teammate Sean Kenny-Dowall at Sydney’s Ivy Nightclub in May 2017.
