Customers find clarity with A1
AUDIOLOGIST Suzanne Porter says many customers come to A1 Discreet Hearing Aids because of difficulties with their existing hearing aids.
“Problems can include finding the sound quality of their devices no longer suitable, or specific difficulties such as trouble hearing soft speech, or trouble hearing in social or noisy contexts,” she said.
“If you have trouble in a particular setting, then it may be the case that your current hearing aid is not programmed to assist you for that environment.
“We measure and check various sound quality parameters following a hearing aid fitting.
“This includes checking for tinniness or sounds being too harsh, checks for inadequate volume for soft speech and checks on the impact of sudden noises such as a plate dropping.
“We also customise our hearing aids to ensure adequate noise reduction is enabled for hearing speech in noisy settings.
“A1 Discreet Hearing aids are leading providers of the world’s smallest and most advanced hearing aids.”
