SMSF in $1.1m deal

A Sydney investor has snapped up a fully-leased Ashmore warehouse for $1.14 million.

The 4/183 Currumburra Rd property was sold by Alpha Beta Holdings Pty Ltd, linked to Riaz Rezvanipour and Guiseppe Finocchiaro.

Ray White Broadbeach’s Adam Grbcic, who marketed the property with colleague Tony Grbcic, said the buyer wanted the property for his self-managed superannuation fund.

The property is tenanted by DW Stairs and Hoon Tiles, which are on five and threeyear leases respectively.

“The property appealed as the tenants have been at the property for close to 12 years and it was seen as a secure investment in a sought after location,” Adam Grbcic said.
