Kiwi firm relocates
A LEADING technology company now calls Australia home after crossing the ditch from New Zealand to establish a new global headquarters south of Brisbane.
Scottsdale Construction Systems has relocated its sales, marketing and operational business functions to Loganholme after securing a fiveyear lease.
The company specialises in the research and initiative development of technology that drives light gauge steel solutions for the residential and commercial construction markets. It has taken a 721sq m tenancy at 4/5 Henry St in a deal negotiated by agents from Savills, Coldwell Banker Commercial and LJ Hooker Commercial.
The leasing rate is understood to be between $120,000 and $130,000 a year.
Savills’ Myles Clentsmith said Scottsdale made the move to Australia under a new management structure.
