Kiwi firm relocates

A LEADING technology company now calls Australia home after crossing the ditch from New Zealand to establish a new global headquarte­rs south of Brisbane.

Scottsdale Constructi­on Systems has relocated its sales, marketing and operationa­l business functions to Loganholme after securing a fiveyear lease.

The company specialise­s in the research and initiative developmen­t of technology that drives light gauge steel solutions for the residentia­l and commercial constructi­on markets. It has taken a 721sq m tenancy at 4/5 Henry St in a deal negotiated by agents from Savills, Coldwell Banker Commercial and LJ Hooker Commercial.

The leasing rate is understood to be between $120,000 and $130,000 a year.

Savills’ Myles Clentsmith said Scottsdale made the move to Australia under a new management structure.
