The 130sq m premises, on the ground floor of 9 Lawson St, has been leased to a sushi restaurant on a three year lease at $55,000 gross annual rental.

The tenant has also taken a three-year option.

Brandon Johnson and Shay Fairhurst, of Ray White Commercial Gold Coast, and Adam Grbcic, of Ray White Broadbeach, handled negotiations for the property.
