Auction for central site

A LARGE block in Molendinar is set to go under the hammer.

The 10 Production Ave property is being sold by Morris & Watson Australia Pty Ltd, linked to Raymond Mooney and David Morris, which acquired the site for $1.5 million in 2012. The owner is linked to the previous occupier Morris & Watson, which undertook metal refinement work from the building.

Marketing agent Josh Wright, of Cushman & Wakefield, said he expects interest from local and interstate based owner-occupiers and investors at the May 23 auction.
