JUNIOR ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – JADE PEACOCK

Each Double Dribble column will name a junior player of the week. Our first is Jade Peacock.

Jade stars for the Gold Coast’s under-14 girls

Waves team who are top of the BQJBC ladder with a 9-0 record and are title favourites.

Jade was a member of the under-14 girls Coast team that finished fourth at the national titles last year and has grown in talent each year.

Jade’s father Doug Peacock was a member of the Rollers NBL team of the 90s and was known for his long arms and shooting – skills he’s passed on to Jade.
