Support for celebrities
A TWEED Shire Council Member has come out in support of a major reality TV company ahead of a vote tonight that could see them fined.
Councillor Warren Polglase said he thought Granada, the company behind hit series I’m A Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here, brought too much to the community to be punished for breaching traffic quotas.
“If an organisation has breached some conditions, that brings $30 million into local industry, it’s a minor breach, and it’s a bit ridiculous,” Mr Polglase said.
