FIRM SEES OPPORTUNITY AT SIGANTO DRIVE

- ALISTER THOMSON

CONSTRUCTION company SEE Civil has leased a whole-floor at new commercial premises in Helensvale.

The five-year deal, with two five-year options, is for 908sq m at 108 Siganto Drive, owned by Quinn Corp (Aust) Pty Td, linked to richlister Christana Quinn.

The rate has not been disclosed but similar properties in the area have been leased for between $285 and $400sq m.

The property is located between buildings occupied by Zupp Property Group and Game Over, an indoor gokart track, climbing wall and laser tag venue.

SEE Civil is a civil construction and urban development company that has been based on the Gold Coast and in the Tweed Shire since 1988.

SEE Civil managing director Steve Turner said the opportunity to lease a new space with room for staff was too good to pass up.

“We were really excited to find this space when the lease became available,” Mr Turner said.

“After working across multiple offices for a while, bringing everyone together under one roof — with a new fit-out in a contemporary building — has been great for our business.”

SEE Civil moved into the building in March.

Shay Fairhurst and Michael Willems, of Ray White Commercial Gold Coast, negotiated the lease.
