Auction for Ashmore office
A VACANT Ashmore office/ warehouse — in the hands of a mortgagee — will go to auction later this month.
The 7/20 Expo Court property was owned by Paradise Tobacconist Group Pty Ltd, linked to James Karbotli, which purchased the property for $616,000 in March last year. The company is in administration.
The mortgagee in possession is loan specialist Nivex Pty Ltd.
Ray White Commercial Southport’s Wayne Devenport, who is marketing the property with colleague Luke Boulden, said the sale offers buyers a prime piece of commercial property in a central suburb.
The two-level property contains a net lettable area of 307sq m, including 185sq of office space on the ground floor and 122sq m on the first floor with a complete fit-out.
Mr Devenport said the property is well suited for use by professional services groups, as a corporate headquarters, or by education and training providers.
“The two tenancies are fully-self contained and give buyers the opportunity to occupy both, or work from one tenancy, and lease the other,” he said. An auction will be held on May 31.
