Set of six for Vikings

GOLD Coast Vikings coach Scott Cooke has selected six incumbents in his representa­tive side to face Brisbane and Ipswich in this month’s Chairman’s Challenge.

The Vikings took the trophy home last year, with Jamie Anderson, Jack Cook, Ayden Lee, Corey Morris, Mitch Spackman and Tyler Sparkes picked to help defend their title.

“Because we got a good result last year, we kept those guys in mind providing they are going all right,” Cooke said, having had only two rounds to assess 2018 form.

The tournament will be held at Logan on May 18-20.
