Bathrooms to breakers
LINDSAY Sinclair, boss of the Molendinar-based Highgrove bathroom business, is believed to be the mystery buyer turning on the money tap to purchase a beachfront Mermaid Beach site.
The $4.6 million deal, apparently agreed to some time ago, involves one of two lots on which developer John Potter last year mooted apartments.
The lots previously were home to a mansion started by showbiz entrepreneur Michael Edgley in the late 80s and later owned, and demolished, by Super A-mart founder John van Leishout.
