Tugun units turn profit

SANJAY Mohindra, cosmetic physician, has sculpted a beautiful profit out of a plunge into the Tugun beachfront in the depths of the GFC.

The Coolangatta-based medico spent $3.7 million in 2010 on a block of six beachfront units in Twenty Third Ave. Sanjay, who has a Tugun beachfront house, has sold the unit building to parties linked to Brisbane’s Synergy group for $6.685 million.
