Apartment up-grade

ROWEN Craigie, who stepped down last year as CEO at James Packer’s Crown Resorts group, has boosted his retirement purse by selling a Main Beach sub-penthouse for $3 million.

He and wife Susan Byrne bought the Liberty Pacific apartment for $2.45 million seven years ago. The couple, who took a $3 million hit on a Mermaid Beach home five years ago, have moved upstairs to a $3.3 million Liberty Pacific penthouse.
