Sup on a four-course Italian degustazione menu at Vanitas with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne — $130 per adult and $45 per child (aged four to 12 years). Il Barocco Restaurant will serve a decadent seafood platter lunch featuring a glass of Moët & Chandon — $105 per adult and $45 per child.

The Scottish Prince is opening for its first lunch service. Treat mum with tempura stuffed zucchini flowers, Meredith chevre and lemon zest, arancini balls, Australian garlic and chilli prawns, maple whisky glazed lamb cutlet, and dark chocolate and espresso mousse with whisky cream. It’s all served with Burleigh Baker sourdough and a glass of Redbank prosecco for the ladies. Cost is $39 plus booking fee.
