The Frugtniets live in Parkwood and are a double income family. “When the power bills are as expensive as they are now and with the massive increase, (the reduction) is great, but why not now? As a household and young family it will definitely help us. And more retirement villages are great, but part home care is a big thing as assisted living is what we’re after. But anything is better than nothing.”
