No jail time for graffiti
THE graffiti artist who saw his friend electrocuted on a train line has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of trespassing in rail yards.
Billy Anthony Worrall, who watched his friend die from a massive electric shock when he brushed against l wires while trespassing at Tennyson rail yard in 2014, was convicted for three trespassing offences committed in the past year.
Appearing in Southport Magistrates Court yesterday Worral pleaded guilty to wilful damage by spray-painting carriages at Ipswich and Nerang rail yards in the last six months. He was given a sixmonth suspended sentence.
