Sales grow for VW

GOLD Coast developer Villa World has reported strong sales for the third quarter.

In an ASX update, the company said it recorded 1281 sales for the April quarter.

However, Villa World did note that after “recent events” in the banking industry, buyers were taking longer to gain unconditional finance.

On the Gold Coast, Villa World said it has seen strong sales at Arundel Springs with the first townhomes to be released in the first half of FY19.

The company is targeting a net profit of $41.6 million in FY18.
