Three’s Company at Nineteen at The Star brings together chefs Paul Carmichael from two-hatted Momofuku Sei bo (Sydney), Chase Kojima from hatted restaurant­s Sokyo (Sydney) and Kiyomi (Gold Coast) and Kelvin Andrews from Nineteen for a bespoke dining experience. The three chefs have created a contempora­ry menu of six courses with paired drinks that celebrates their respective restaurant­s. Tickets are $250.

The Oracle will transform into a foodie fantasy for The Twilight Table, a one-nightonly culinary long table event for the Gold Coast Food and Wine Festival. The chefs of Mecca Bah, Mamasan Kitchen and Bar, The Cuban, Bavarian Bier Cafe and Social Eating House will all contribute to a five-course share plate menu. Guests will dine alfresco under the stars while waiters serve each dish with matched wines. Tickets are $225.
