Ooh! No deal yet

BILLBOARD company Ooh! Media has confirmed it submitted a revised offer for the Adshel business owned by a rival, only for the new offer to be rejected.

And sources from Adshel parent Here, There & Everywhere say the company has received other offers, but have named the suitors.

HT&E said in a statement yesterday that it had received “non-binding indicative offers” for Adshel.
